FUNDRAISER
for 5678, The Movie!
Washington DC area actors, dancers, improvisers, and comedians join
forces in a film about the day-to-day struggles of a Veteran re-entering
civilian society. On December 3, for One Night Only, they take the
stage to raise money for their film.
THE STORY:
Tyler Quinn (Steve Calamia) arrives home after 6 years in the Marine
Corps, only to find his friends and family are disappointed in him
because he was never sent “to war.” With the help of
the adorable Annalee Bradley (Bridget Devlin Burke) and an irreverent
band of “rebel” swing dancers lead by J.J. Chevalier
(Adrian Munteanu), Tyler discovers what it means to truly "come
home."
THE EVENT:
Hosted by Stand Up Comedian Jim Pate (First Laugh Entertainment),
the cast of the film will perform improv, stand up, and dance routines,
including a special live performance of one of the routines that
will appear in the film. This event will be the first public screening
of the film trailer which will be used for future fundraising efforts.
Attendees will have access to exclusive attendee-only donor levels
in our Indie Go-Go Campaign, including limited edition t-shirts
and DVD Bonus Features that will not be available to the general
public.
